The Covering

The Covering is our deep-dive session for founders who know their business has outgrown quick fixes and needs a more intentional structure. Formerly called The Alignment Intensive, this experience is designed for spiritual practitioners and spirit-led entrepreneurs who want their operations, protections, and pricing to finally match the true scale of their work.

In this extended session, we look at your business as a whole: how money flows in, how clients move through your offers, what agreements you use, and where decisions are currently made. We identify misalignments - places where your values, energy, or calling are out of sync with how the business is actually set up - and we highlight legal and strategic gaps that could undermine growth if left unaddressed.

You receive a practical roadmap that outlines what to refine now and what to phase in over time. That may include recommendations around entity choice, key contracts to prioritize, boundaries to formalize, or offer adjustments that better support you and your clients.

Many clients move from The Covering into Built & Covered for hands-on document creation or into ongoing support through The Cover. Either way, you leave with a grounded plan instead of scattered ideas, and a business that can start to hold the vision you are carrying.
